I have searched high and low trying to find a wrap that I would enjoy savoring and BFree is a winner. When you combine all of your favorite ingredients, wrapped up together with A Taste of Thai,  the results are phenomenal. I really enjoyed making these and I hope you do to. Instructions
  1. For your chicken topping. Season your meat with garlic, cumin, salt and pepper. In your pan, add 2Tbsp vegetable oil before you saute your chicken. Cook until well done and set aside.
  2. For your salad mixture. Add 2 Tbsp oil to your pan. Saute onions for 1 minute. Add carrots and cabbage and saute 2 minutes. In a bowl mix vinegar and 2 Tbsp water and saute 1 minute. In a bowl create a sauce by adding 2 Tbsp water and 1 Tbsp cornstarch then stir and add to vegetable mixture. Saute for 2 minutes. Season with a dash of salt and pepper for 1 minute and set aside.
  3. Place Wrap on a plate.
  4. Add vegetable mix to wrap.
  5. Assemble the wraps by evenly distributing the salad mixture and spinach. Add chicken. Add Peanut Satay Sauce (if desired)
  6. Enjoy!
